- DNA Extraction Buffer
- Transfer pipets
- Wooden sticks
- Large test tubes

Requirements:
- Vegetables such as onions, tomatoes, lettuce or scallions
- Fruits
such as ripened strawberries (fresh or frozen), bananas,
grapes
- 70% or 91% clear isopropyl alcohol (rubbing alcohol) -
freezer cold
